Subject:  Birchas Hailanos - Blessing on Blossoming Trees & Locations in the Teaneck Vicinity

The following bracha is said in the Spring (preferably during the month of Nissan), on fruit trees in blossom. It should be recited on the flower blossoms but not on fruit that has already ripened. Some have a preference to recite it on two or more trees. It is only recited once in the season. See Shulchan Aruch O.C. 226, Mishna Brurah and other commentaries.

8. Fruit trees at 87 Dudley Drive, Bergenfield (yard on the right)
9. Cherry tree in the backyard of 114 Maiden Lane, Bergenfield
10. Pear tree in the backyard of 112 Rector Ct. (visible from the park; on the right, overhanging the neighbor’s yard near the gate)
11. Peach tree in front of 50 Sylvamdur Ave
12. Plum tree at 740 Palmer Ave. (right side of the yard)
13. Plum tree at 513 Forest Ave. (by the patio)
14. Cherry tree at 187 Larch Ave
15. Apple tree in front of 1648 Hanover Street
